Penny has been in real estate sales for over 10 years, specializing in residential sales and rentals in Northern New Jersey with 20 years experience in the high end residential custom home building business.

Originally from Canada, where she worked in the mortgage division of Royal Trust, (currently known as Royal LePage), Penny acquired invaluable knowledge to help her customers facilitate their purchase of a new home. Being from and outside area has given Penny an understanding of the special needs and concerns regardng customers moving into a new country and state.

Involved in the Ridgewood school community as an active volunteer for 12 years, Penny has a well rounded view of the areas many activities available to the famlies of her customers.
