Cynthia "Cindy" Bartman excels not only in residential sales, but also retail and commercial leasing.  She has extensive background in single family construction and development with her family, who were builders and developers for many years in Northwest Bergen.  She  has also achieved the Bronze Level of the NJAR Circle of Excellence for 2003.
