Gilsenan and Company Realtors

William Gilsenan is the Broker/Owner of Gilsenan & Company, Ridgewood, N.J. Gilsenan & Company was founded in 1939.  Bill has been a Realtor for almost 30 years and is the current   Treasurer of the NJMLS and has been a member of the NJMLS Board of Directors for the past 10 years including a term as President in 1999.  

Bill is also a current Director of the Real Source Association of Realtors and has served as its President in 2000 and as President of its predecessor the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors in 1988.   Bill has also been the Realtor of the Year for Real Source in 2004 and Realtor of the Year for the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors in 1990.   Bill holds the e-Pro, GRI and ABR designations.
